Right now, we are in what the Sacramento SPCA calls "Kitten Season" and unfortunately during this season they can have more than 100 cats and kittens available for adoption.

So they are currently having a deal where you can adopt-a-cat for really cheap.  From now until the end of July, you can adopt 2 cats for the price of one ($40) and this price includes a spay/neuter surgery, first set of vaccinations, microchip, behavior assistance, a feline leukemia test, certificate for a free veterinary visit and more.
