Thousands of students graduate every year and many don’t have real work experience in today’s job market. An internship may be the difference you need! 107.9 The End is now accepting applications from Sacramento area students for the 107.9 The End Streetbeat Internship Team.
Streetbeat interns perform a variety of responsibilities and jobs for the station. Interns will: Assist with the planning, coordination and executing of major station events, in addition to station sponsored street stops, concerts, movie screenings, and live broadcast remotes. Assist with setting up station’s area, hang banners, organize demo-sampling or giveaways, and interact with listeners. Learn the strategies of a major market radio station as well as various office duties. The commitment requires a minimum of 15 hours per week. All internships are unpaid and we require that you get unit credit from your school for the internship.
